Tammy was raised in the Town of Port Credit, Mississauga. As a child she had a passion for the sport of gymnastics. This drive allowed her to win many awards and ultimately represent her club in the World Championships competition. She brings the same drive, passion and focus to her real estate business. Prior to entering the real estate industry, she was a bank manager for a major Canadian bank specializing in mortgage financing.
Working with many new homebuyers and those upgrading to their dream home, she developed a strong desire for real estate. In 1999, she decided it was a natural progression to transition her career to the real estate industry. Since that time, Tammy has helped hundreds of families to find or build their dream home.
She is registered with three Boards which allows her to assist her clients in Mississauga, Brampton, Georgetown, Acton, Oakville, Milton, Rockwood and Guelph. This is Tammy’s full time career and although she believes strongly in teamwork, she assists each and every client personally. You will not be handed over to someone on the team. If you choose Tammy as your agent (buying or selling), you will be dealing with her. This allows you to feel confident in your decision to choose Tammy.
Dear Tammy, Thank-you for helping me navigate through my home-buying journey. Who wouldn’t want to benefit from your expert knowledge of the market, high energy and amazing level of integrity?? You are one classy lady! Again, thank-you from the bottom of my heart- I love my new home! Sincerely, - Michelleread more
A quick note to extend our thanks for your assistance in finding a suitable property for our daughter attending the University of Guelph. You were absolutely correct that the search is a process, and the search criteria did in fact change along the way. Your patience was appreciated. With us not being in town, it was also very helpful that you took the time to make sure our daughter was comfortable with the real estate agreements before her signing. We would all very much recommend you to friends and family and we look forward to the next buy/sell opportunity. - Danread more
We just completed the sale of our home and the purchase of a new property. Tammy Samuels acted on our behalf for both transactions - she was FABULOUS! Tammy took the time to understand our wants, needs and our budget and found the ideal home for our family. No amount of MLS searching by my wife could match Tammy's deep knowledge of local markets or the connections and relationships she has built in the community. When it came time to sell our house, her experience and advise is hard to do justice with words. It was off season and we did experience some extremely unique issues with a few purchasers. Tammy counselled us through not one but three actual sales of our house! There were times when I wondered if we would eventually see bills from Tammy for therapy sessions and pep-rallies BUT her boundless enthusiasm and positive approach overcame all the unusual surprises and obstacles... she was supportive of us and relentless in the sale of our home. We have bought and sold several houses in major market areas with some of the biggest agents in the industry but frankly, I don't think we would have made it through the sale of our home and the purchase of our dream home with any other agent aside from Tammy Samuels. - Shawn & Patriciaread more
Outstanding Service! Tammy you were a pleasure to work with. We were truly impressed with your honesty, efficiency and professionalism while representing us in the recent sale of our condominium. We would highly recommend you to all our friends and neighbours and would definitely employ your services again in the future. It's true - 'No Slogan, she just get's the job done!' Thanks Tammy! - Carol and Gerryread more
